Our mother recently moved into Clearwater Mayo Blvd and we are very pleased with our experience. The facility is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the amenities are numerous. More importantly, the entire staff is fantastic. From our initial tour through today, everyone is friendly, kind, helpful and responsive. They have all helped make the move easier. We instantly felt welcomed into the community, and feel part of the Clearwater family. Thanks to all the great people at Clearwater.

I just left a review but I have so many good things to say I felt like I was writing a book. That review was mainly for the facility, this review is aimed at the people who have gone above and beyond. The words I continually hear from mom is ” I can’t believe how nice everyone is here, they treat me like family”. Let me say this all would not have happened for us if it wasn’t for your Director of Sales – Alfred Schrader. Alfred from day one drops whatever he is doing to help you. Alfred will wave from across the room and come over to always ask ” what can I do for you?” Alfred exemplifies what Clearwater stands for and every facility needs and should be so lucky to have an Alfred Schrader representing them. Marci Watkins the other Sales Director is just as amazing, she will drop everything to help you as well and her smile and kindness just sealed the deal with my mom staying here. The cleaning staff, nursing and aids are like family to my mom they check in to see how she is doing throughout the day. Maintenance responds in a timely professional matter. The Kitchen/Restaurant staff are always helpful and remembers my moms name which means a lot to her. The hub of everything and such an important person is the front desk. Lisa at the front desk is amazing and if anyone makes the wheels turn in that place like a fine tuned machine it’s her. I can’t say enough about her and being on the front line per say she always has a smile and willingess to help. Tiffany and her Therapy staff has made such a huge impact on my moms health and attitude. Tiffany is amazing , not only does she makes things happen behind the scenes with insurance and paperwork but physically she has made my mom in better health. Its hard to find such a dedicated and focused person as Tiffany so please never let her leave. One last shout out is to the new Administrator, Belinda Radder. Belinda has always made herself accessible and with her experience and leadership has turned the place around to become a facility everyone is proud to work and stay. My mother is 96 years old and has been living in her own house until now, she is in a wheelchair but is sharp and still active. Mom moved into Clearwater Mayo in June and was aprehensive about moving into an assisted care facility but I want to say that after meeting the residents and the employees she was so impressed and put as ease just because everyone was so nice and helpful. I had relatives of residents tell me not to look any further at places for her because they have been looking for months and found Clearwater was the ultimate place to have a loved one stay. I can’t begin to tell you how my life has changed for the better knowing my mom has good caring people watching over her and the help is one button press away. Mom would stare out a kitchen window half the day, watching tv the other half with little human contact. Now she is participating in Yoga, Thai Chi, bingo, card games and she is still joining new activities. Don’t get me started on the in house Therapy ran by Tiffany and her staff. They are amazing and my mom is getting stronger at 96. She is happy and doesn’t talk about her health issues anymore, I have to find a time to call her because she is so busy. Its like she started this new life and looks forward to waking up everyday. I still can’t believe there is a facility like Clearwater on Mayo. I say this with a tear and so much love that I want to thank everyone there for being so good to my mom. Bob Meyer

Nothing short of amazing is how I’d start this review! From our site of 8 different assisted living communities, where Clearwater was the obvious choice for my Mom, through the move-in a few weeks ago, we have been so impressed with everything and everyone! The Executive Director and team, sales team, the wellness team, the concierge team, the culinary and dining room teams, the housekeeping and maintenance team and the move-in team are all exceptional. With every request, every interaction – there is quick and thorough follow-up/follow-through. This community is like no other we visited. It feels like a resort. I could go on. Best decision for my Mom as well as our family. We’re just so happy to be part of the Clearwater community. Thank you to all!

I moved into Clear Water Living on Mayo Boulevard three years ago and am delighted to say that I am very happy here. I am particularly thrilled with the lifestyle, Director Natasha, and her team , especially Ericka. Then there is the high level of care and support I receive from The Assistant Executive Director Rose. Concierge Toby is a cut above as well . I see how hard they all work to make everything run well in this community that I love. They are all Way above 10ís. This is such a friendly community. Come visit us and see for yourself !

After an extensive search for a superior quality, caring staff and professionally run assisted living community for my parents, Clearwater Living stood out from all the others. We couldn’t be more happy with the community, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the availability of a variety of amenities. My parents are thrilled.

I moved into Clearwater Mayo in September 2023. For me it’s been a homerun on all accounts. The staff is very helpful and supportive, willing to go out of there way to accommodate me; My fellow residents are, for the most part, warm, caring and active people engaged in living their final years to the fullest. It doesn’t hurt that the food is healthy AND delicious! The bonus for me is having the swimming pool and hot spa open for use 24/7. They put on a rockin’ Aqua-cize class 3 times a week as weather permits, and, my favorite, which is lap swimming to freshen and invigorate the body. Bingo, Ted-Talks, Active discussions and lectures, outside excursions, yoga, balance classes, and live entertainment every Friday afternoon and evening (with snacks and wine). You should see how clean and beautiful the apartments and facilities are!

My mother has been a resident at Clearwater Mayo for over a year now and we are very pleased with the assisted living choice we have made for her. The service has been nothing less than high quality and very attentive to our needs– from the nursing care, food service staff, house cleaning, administration, billing, rehabilitation, and sales personnel have all been great to work with. The facilities have met or exceeded all of our expectations. If you’re looking for a high quality assisted living facility you should highly consider Clearwater Mayo for your loved ones, you wonít be disappointed.

I chose Clearwater because of the lovely facilities, but more importantly because of the staff and their attention to the residents. I live as an independent resident but am always comfortable knowing if I needed any help or support the staff is there to support me, whether itís the maintenance staff or the nursing aides. I enjoy the variety of activities and have met many interesting friends. But what I like best is that Clearwater is dog friendly – well very people friendly too! I’m happy with my move here and would recommend anyone who is considering moving to strongly consider Clearwater.

Both my parents have lived in Clearwater for almost 6 months. One in memory care and the other in independent living. The first person we met was Alfred who is so kind and helpful. Next, we met Donna who is the Director and runs memory care. She is amazing and always willing to take time to speak with us and help in any way she can. Then there is her staff that she has hired that are the heart and soul of memory care. When our mom entered memory care it was a shock to our family but the care she has received over her highs and lows over the last few months has been amazing. We talk about all the caregivers and how each one has found a way to connect with not only our mom but each resident that lives in memory care. They treat every resident with respect and kindness. Itís like they are helping their own family members in the way they interact with the residents. I hope I am not leaving anyone out but I have to mention Lupita, Rosina, Erika, Christina, Bridgett, Navi, Tye, Rosemary, Clemo, Adow, Kylie, Cha Cha, Velma, Immelda, Glory, MK, MaryJoy, Evalyn, Fanta. Each one of these caregivers have been fabulous and attentive and have hearts of gold. The activities director, Zephyr, has been wonderful as well. He is always trying new activities and encourages each resident to participate. He always has a smile on his face and connects with each resident. Tiffany the OT is amazing as well. She comes into the memory care and does group movement classes a couple times a week to encourage healthy movement. The kitchen staff who prepares meals for the residents in the memory care has been very accommodating to both my parents for mealtimes, checking in with my dad if he needs anything. Memory care can be a hard road at times with these residents having different issues than the residents who live on the otherside of Clearwater. I am so happy that we chose Clearwater cause they have made the whole process so much better and easier.
